January 2nd Sunday In-Person Worship Cancelled

Sunday, January 02, 2022

Please read the below message from Pastor Bill Jeschke regarding Sunday worship for January 2, 2022.

Dear Friends,

Due to the very rapid transmission of the Omicron virus in our area and among our people, we would like to pause our Sunday morning in-person service scheduled for Jan. 2 and have the church worship with our on-line service. On Sunday, Jan. 2, we will play one of our most popular downloads “House of Prayer” (an encouragement to develop a life of prayer) as the substitute for our regular, Sunday morning in-church service. Our hope is that we can return to a full-service offering status by Jan. 9. We will, of course, keep you apprised of any further changes in our schedule or situation.

In concert with this “pause” we would encourage any and all TKC small groups to pause/zoom during this time of challenge from the latest COVID Omicron variant. We are sad to have to do this but we are certain that it is the right thing to do. This too shall pass.

“Jesus said in John 16:33 (ESV):

33  I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.”

Thank God that He has overcome and we will be overcomers through Him who has loved us and has freed us from our sins.

Please enjoy this Sunday sabbath with your family, and Lord willing, we will see you in person at 9:30 and 11am next week on January 9, 2022.

May the Lord richly bless us all in the coming New Year.

Love in Christ,

Pastor Bill Jeschke for TKC
